The recreational use at BCRV is planned for families and snowbirds relaxing in the midst of nature for overnight RV camping, monthly RV camping, and short term cabin rentals. Keeping in mind that
BCRV will be an ecologically friendly resort, boating activities on the water will consist of quiet,
emissions free craft such as the electric "SpinCraft", as well as kayaks, canoes and row boats.

The planned development of BCRV encompasses several years and is detailed under the RESORT link at the top of this page. As more sites are added, more recreational components will be built. You can look forward to a consistent addition of swimming pools, fountains, playgrounds, fitness centers, miniature golf, Frisbee golf, watercraft rentals, elevated walkways, horse rides, bridal paths and horse drawn wagon rides.
